Terms of Order and Delivery:

1. The Order can be made by phone or by sending the following form as an email, fax or mail. Write your name and address to the order clearly. When ordering the parts, always inform the order code, the bike's model and type. When ordering clothing please also remember to tell the size and color.
2. All sales are done on the spot or cash on delivery. Payment can also be made by credit transfer at the bank. For the expensive ordered part there is an advance payment, which will be charged case by case. Delivery payment is minimum 10€ depending on the delivery terms.
3. Delivery time: For the parts in stock, sending will be done during the same day. Delivery time 1-3 working days. For the ordered parts, the delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
4. All the prices are valid for now. (vat 22% included)
5. If you are not satisfied to the product, you can return it within 7 days if it is still unused and in original shape. When returning a product, the customer will pay the postal fees. Returned product can be changed to another or money (-10%) can be returned back to the customers bank account. When returning the product, please remember to inform the reason for the return and your bank account information. Original receipt must be included in the return-shipment. Pack the returned product carefully, as damaged products will not be accepted back. Ordered but not redeemed products packing and delivery costs will be charged to the customer afterwards. Manufacturer specific original spare parts cannot be returned.
